Dentistry is changing - can your team meet the challenge?
There have been several recent developments that should radically affect the way you work.
- The requirement for nurses and other dental care professionals to register with the GDC. This formally recognises the public's expectations that all team members are well trained and have professional responsibilities.
- The new dental contract which requires quality assurance and clinical governance procedures to be in place, with named personnel to manage them.
- Increasing public expectations of clinical and service provision.
These changes could be causing dentists and practice managers sleepless nights, but help is at hand:
Total Team Training is a dynamic, new dental training group formed to deliver the best and most innovative ongoing postgraduate training for all of the Dental Team. The directors of the company are Richard Cure, John Hall and Peter Thornley. Between them, they have vast Dental Educational Experience, both as teachers and assessors, nationally and internationally.
